Human Brain Specific Angiogenesis Inhibitor 1 (BAI1) ELISA Kit
The Human Brain-Specific Angiogenesis Inhibitor 1 (BAI1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of BAI1 in angiogenesis and its potential as a therapeutic target for various disorders. This kit allows for the precise measurement of BAI1 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.BAI1 is a key regulator of angiogenesis, acting as an inhibitor of blood vessel formation in the brain. Dysregulation of BAI1 has been implicated in various neurological disorders, including glioblastoma and Alzheimer's disease.
By accurately measuring BAI1 levels, researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and explore new avenues for treatment. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human BAI1 ELISA Kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers in the field of neurobiology and angiogenesis. Order your kit today and unlock the potential of BAI1 research in advancing our understanding of brain-specific angiogenesis regulation.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
