Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor 1A (BMPR1A) ELISA Kit
The Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor 1A (BMPR1A) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of BMPR1A levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and dependable results for a variety of research purposes.BMPR1A is a key receptor involved in bone morphogenetic protein signaling, playing a crucial role in bone development, cell differentiation, and tissue regeneration. Dysregulation of BMPR1A signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including skeletal disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With its reliability and versatility, the Human BMPR1A ELISA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the role of BMPR1A in health and disease, advancing our understanding of biological processes and opening new avenues for future research and clinical applications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
