Human BAG3 (Bcl2 Associated Athanogene 3) ELISA Kit
The Human BAG3 (Bcl-2-associated athanogene 3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of BAG3 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient tool for studying the role of BAG3 in various biological processes and diseases. BAG3 is a co-chaperone protein that plays a crucial role in regulating protein quality control, cell survival, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of BAG3 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiac diseases.
Therefore, studying BAG3 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic strategies. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human BAG3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie offers researchers a powerful tool for analyzing BAG3 levels in human samples, enabling precise and reproducible results for their research studies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human BAG3. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human BAG3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human BAG3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human BAG3. You can calculate the concentration of Human BAG3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
