The Human B-Lymphoid Tyrosine Kinase (BLK) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed to accurately detect BLK levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and sensitivity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.BLK is a key enzyme involved in B cell development and function, playing a critical role in immune response regulation. Dysregulation of BLK activity has been linked to autoimmune diseases, lymphomas, and other inflammatory disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for disease diagnosis and management.
By utilizing the Human BLK ELISA Kit, researchers can easily measure BLK levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into the role of this tyrosine kinase in health and disease. With its high performance and user-friendly design, this kit is an essential tool for advancing our understanding of BLK biology and developing novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
