Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C12 (ABCC12) ELISA Kit
The Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C12 (ABCC12) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of ABCC12 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.ABCC12 is a key transporter protein involved in the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, playing a crucial role in drug resistance and cellular detoxification processes. Dysregulation of ABCC12 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Human ABCC12 ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for investigating the physiological and pathological roles of ABCC12 in human biology, with the potential to advance our understanding of drug resistance mechanisms and facilitate the development of targeted therapies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
