Human Arginine Vasopressin Receptor 1B (AVPR1B) ELISA Kit
The Human Arginine Vasopressin Receptor 1B (AVPR1B) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure levels of AVPR1B in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its superior sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and consistent results, making it a valuable asset for a variety of research applications.AVPR1B is a key receptor involved in mediating the effects of arginine vasopressin, a hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating water balance and stress responses in the body. Dysfunction of AVPR1B has been linked to various conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, and even autism spectrum disorders, highlighting the importance of studying this receptor in both basic research and clinical applications.
By using the Human AVPR1B ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this receptor in health and disease, paving the way for the development of innovative therapeutic strategies targeting AVPR1B signaling pathways. With its ease of use and robust performance, this kit is an essential tool for advancing our understanding of AVPR1B biology and its potential implications for human health.
Product Name:

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
