Human Aquaporin 3, Gill Blood Group (AQP3) ELISA Kit
The Human Aquaporin 3 (AQP3) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of AQP3 levels in human gill and blood group samples. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying AQP3's role in water transport and skin physiology.Aquaporin 3 is a key protein that plays a vital role in regulating water permeability in various tissues, including the skin, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract. Dysregulation of AQP3 has been associated with various skin disorders, such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and skin cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing targeted therapies.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human AQP3 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers and clinicians looking to investigate the role of AQP3 in health and disease. By accurately measuring AQP3 levels in human samples, this kit will provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying water homeostasis and skin health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
