The Human APOE (Apolipoprotein E) CLIA Kit from AssayGenie is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise measurement of APOE levels in human samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results that are perfect for various research purposes.APOE is a vital protein involved in lipid metabolism and the transportation of cholesterol in the body. Abnormal levels of APOE have been linked to a range of health conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders.
This makes APOE a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With the AssayGenie Human APOE CLIA Kit, researchers can confidently assess APOE levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, enabling a deeper understanding of its role in disease development and progression. Trust AssayGenie for reliable and high-quality assays that drive impactful research outcomes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ApoE. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human ApoE and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human ApoE, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human ApoE. You can calculate the concentration of Human ApoE in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
