The Human Alpha-2 Plasmin Inhibitor (A2PI) ELISA Kit is a reliable and precise tool for the detection of alpha-2 plasmin inhibitor levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Alpha-2 plasmin inhibitor is a key protein involved in regulating the fibrinolytic system, playing a critical role in maintaining hemostasis and preventing excessive blood clot formation. Dysregulation of alpha-2 plasmin inhibitor levels has been implicated in various pathologies such as thrombosis, stroke, and liver diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and user-friendly design, the Human Alpha-2 Plasmin Inhibitor ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers in the fields of coagulation, thrombosis, and vascular biology. Trust in this kit to deliver accurate and reliable results for your scientific inquiries.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
