The Human AIRE (Autoimmune Regulator) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the precise measurement of AIRE levels in human samples such as serum and plasma. This innovative kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it an indispensable tool for researchers studying autoimmune disorders and immuno-oncology. The Autoimmune Regulator (AIRE) protein plays a critical role in maintaining immune tolerance by regulating the expression of self-antigens in the thymus. Dysfunction of AIRE has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, including autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome type 1 (APS-1).
By accurately measuring AIRE levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into autoimmune mechanisms and potentially develop targeted therapies for these debilitating conditions. With its high performance and accuracy, the Human AIRE CLIA Kit is a valuable asset for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers exploring the intricate mechanisms of autoimmunity. Order yours today from Assaygenie and advance your research with confidence.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human AIRE. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human AIRE and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human AIRE, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human AIRE. You can calculate the concentration of Human AIRE in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
