Human Adenylate Cyclase 10, Soluble (ADCY10) ELISA Kit
The Human Adenylate Cyclase 10 (ADCY10) ELISA Kit is a high-quality assay designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of ADCY10 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers unparalleled precision and reproducibility, making it an excellent tool for various research applications.ADCY10 is a critical enzyme involved in the regulation of intracellular cyclic AMP levels, which play a crucial role in numerous biological processes, including cell signaling, neurotransmission, and hormone secretion.
Dysregulation of ADCY10 has been implicated in various diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially identifying new therapeutic targets. With its superior performance and reliability, the Human ADCY10 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of ADCY10 in health and disease, advancing our understanding of cellular signaling pathways and potentially opening up new avenues for drug development.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
