Human Acetyl Coenzyme A Acetyltransferase 1 (ACAT1) ELISA Kit
The Human Acetyl-Coenzyme A Acetyltransferase 1 (ACAT1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate detection of ACAT1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable resource for a wide range of research applications.ACAT1 is a key enzyme involved in the metabolism of fatty acids and cholesterol, playing a crucial role in lipid biosynthesis and storage. Dysregulation of ACAT1 activity has been linked to various metabolic disorders and diseases, including atherosclerosis, obesity, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
As such, ACAT1 represents an important biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human ACAT1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient means of quantifying ACAT1 levels, contributing to a better understanding of lipid metabolism and related diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
