Guinea pig Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF1) ELISA Kit
The Guinea Pig Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring IGF1 levels in guinea pig samples. This kit is optimized for accurate and precise detection of IGF1 in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this ELISA kit provides researchers with reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable asset for a variety of research applications.IGF1 is a key growth factor that plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. It is involved in a wide range of physiological processes, including promoting tissue growth, muscle development, and bone health.
Dysregulation of IGF1 levels has been linked to various diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and growth disorders, underscoring the importance of quantifying IGF1 levels in experimental studies.By using the Guinea Pig IGF1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of IGF1 in guinea pigs and its potential implications in human health. This kit offers a simple and efficient method for accurately measuring IGF1 levels, making it an essential tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying growth and development in guinea pigs.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
