General 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) ELISA Kit
The General 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of this important vitamin D metabolite in biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal choice for researchers in a variety of fields.1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3, also known as calcitriol, plays a crucial role in regulating calcium and phosphate metabolism, as well as influencing immune function, cell differentiation, and other physiological processes.
Abnormal levels of this hormone have been linked to various diseases, including bone disorders, autoimmune conditions, and certain types of cancer. Therefore, accurate measurement of 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 is essential for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies.Whether you are interested in understanding vitamin D metabolism, investigating the role of calcitriol in disease progression, or evaluating the efficacy of vitamin D supplementation, the General 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 ELISA Kit offers a reliable and effective solution for your research needs.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
