The Equine Glucagon-like Peptide-1 (GLP-1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of glucagon-like peptide-1 levels in equine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications in equine health and disease.GLP-1 is a key hormone involved in glucose metabolism and insulin secretion, playing a crucial role in regulating blood sugar levels. It is also known to have beneficial effects on appetite control, weight management, and cardiovascular health in horses.
By measuring GLP-1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into equine metabolic disorders, such as insulin resistance and diabetes, as well as potential therapeutic targets for these conditions.Overall, the Equine GLP-1 ELISA Kit offers a valuable tool for studying the physiological and pathological roles of GLP-1 in horses, contributing to the advancement of equine medicine and the development of novel interventions for metabolic diseases in equines.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
Protocol
