The Chicken Interleukin-13 (IL-13) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the accurate measurement of IL-13 levels in chicken serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides researchers with reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for studying the role of IL-13 in various biological processes. Interleukin-13 is a key cytokine involved in regulating immune responses, particularly in promoting allergic inflammation and contributing to the development of asthma and other inflammatory diseases.
By accurately quantifying IL-13 levels, researchers can better understand its role in immune system modulation and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for treating related conditions. The Chicken Interleukin-13 (IL-13) ELISA Kit is a vital resource for researchers looking to delve deeper into the mechanisms underlying immune responses and inflammatory disorders in chickens, ultimately leading to advancements in our understanding of these important biological processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
