The Chicken Caveolin-1 (CAV1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of caveolin-1 levels in chicken samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Caveolin-1 is a key protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of cell signaling, membrane trafficking, and cholesterol homeostasis. Abnormal caveolin-1 expression has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease research and drug development.
With this Chicken Caveolin-1 (CAV1) ELISA Kit, researchers can easily quantify caveolin-1 levels in chicken samples, enabling in-depth investigations into the role of caveolin-1 in different physiological and pathological processes. Trust in this reliable and accurate kit to advance your research efforts in the field of caveolin-1 biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
