Canine Cholecystokinin A Receptor (CCKAR) ELISA Kit
The Canine Cholecystokinin A Receptor (CCKAR) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and reliable detection of CCKAR levels in canine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CCKAR is a key receptor involved in mediating the effects of cholecystokinin, a peptide hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating digestion and appetite in dogs.
Dysregulation of CCKAR signaling has been implicated in various gastrointestinal disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and performance, the Canine CCKAR ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and veterinarians looking to study the role of CCKAR in canine physiology and pathology. Get accurate and reliable results with this cutting-edge ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
