The Canine Caveolin-1 (CAV1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of Caveolin-1 levels in canine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This highly sensitive and specific kit provides accurate and consistent results, making it perfect for various research applications.Caveolin-1 is a key protein involved in cell signaling, lipid transport, and vesicular trafficking. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation. Caveolin-1 dysregulation has been linked to several diseases, such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and metabolic syndromes, making it a valuable biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development.
With the Canine Caveolin-1 (CAV1) ELISA Kit, researchers can reliably measure Caveolin-1 levels in canine samples, enabling a better understanding of its role in health and disease. This kit is essential for studying Caveolin-1 biology and exploring potential therapeutic targets for conditions related to Caveolin-1 dysregulation.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
