The Canine Angiotensin I (ANGI) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of angiotensin I levels in canine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and precision, ensuring reliable and consistent results for a variety of research studies.Angiotensin I is an important peptide involved in the regulation of blood pressure and fluid balance in canines. It plays a critical role in the renin-angiotensin system, which controls blood pressure and electrolyte balance in the body.
Dysregulation of angiotensin I levels has been linked to various cardiovascular and renal disorders in dogs, making it an essential biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential treatments. With its advanced technology and user-friendly design, the Canine Angiotensin I (ANGI) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers and veterinarians conducting studies related to cardiovascular health and renal function in dogs. Get accurate and reliable results with this innovative kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
Protocol
