Bovine Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSPA1A) ELISA Kit
The Bovine Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSPA1A) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate detection of HSPA1A levels in bovine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.HSPA1A, also known as heat shock protein 70, is a critical chaperone protein involved in cellular stress responses and protein folding. It plays a key role in maintaining cell homeostasis and protecting cells from various stressors.
Dysregulation of HSPA1A has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target. The Bovine HSPA1A ELISA Kit allows researchers to accurately quantify HSPA1A levels in bovine samples, providing valuable insights into its physiological and pathological roles. With its robust performance and easy-to-use protocol, this kit is a valuable asset for studying HSPA1A biology and developing novel therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
