Bovine Heat Shock 27kDa Protein 1 (HSPB1) ELISA Kit
The Bovine Heat Shock 27kDa Protein (HSPB1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of HSPB1 levels in bovine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers outstanding sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research applications.HSPB1, also known as heat shock protein 27 (HSP27), plays a crucial role in cellular stress response and is involved in various physiological processes, including cell survival, apoptosis, and cytoskeleton reorganization.
Dysregulation of HSPB1 has been linked to various diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying conditions such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.By using the Bovine Heat Shock 27kDa Protein (HSPB1) ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the regulation and function of HSPB1 in bovine biology, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions and disease management strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
