The Bovine Defensin Beta-1 (DEFB1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and quantifying levels of DEFB1 in bovine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers precise and dependable results, making it well-suited for a variety of research applications.DEFB1 is a key component of the innate immune system, known for its antimicrobial properties and ability to combat pathogens. Studies have shown that DEFB1 is involved in various biological processes, including inflammation, wound healing, and immune response modulation.
By measuring DEFB1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into bovine health, host-pathogen interactions, and immune system function.Whether investigating infectious diseases, studying host defense mechanisms, or exploring immune system regulation, the DEFB1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable tool for advancing their understanding of bovine biology. Trust in its accuracy and precision to drive your research forward.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
