The Mouse TPA (Plasminogen Activator) Tissue CLIA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of TPA levels in mouse tissue samples. This kit offers high specificity and reproducibility, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.TPA is a key enzyme involved in the breakdown of blood clots, playing a crucial role in the regulation of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis. Abnormal TPA levels have been linked to various diseases such as thrombosis, stroke, and heart disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Mouse TPA Tissue CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for studying the role of TPA in health and disease, offering reliable and accurate results to advance scientific understanding in this area.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse tPA. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse tPA and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse tPA, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse tPA. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse tPA in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
