The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (30-F11) is an essential tool for researchers studying immune cells and immune responses in mice. This monoclonal antibody specifically targets CD45, a well-known marker for hematopoietic cells, and is conjugated with PE-Cyanine5.5 for enhanced detection in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of immune cell activation and signaling. By targeting CD45, researchers can accurately identify and analyze various immune cell populations, aiding in the study of immune system development, function, and dysregulation in disease.
This antibody, clone 30-F11, offers high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD45 expression in mouse samples, making it suitable for a wide range of immunology and pathology research applications. Its PE-Cyanine5.5 conjugation ensures bright and stable fluorescence signals, facilitating precise detection and quantification of CD45-positive cells.Whether investigating immune cell subsets in inflammatory diseases, cancer immunology, or autoimmune conditions, the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (30-F11) provides reliable results and valuable insights into the complex mechanisms of the immune system.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
