The Mouse CD3-Epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated) 145-2C11 (AGEL1325) offered by Assay Genie is a cutting-edge tool for researchers interested in studying T-cell biology and immune responses in mice. This antibody specifically targets the CD3-Epsilon protein, a crucial component of the T-cell receptor complex that plays a central role in T-cell activation and signaling.Utilizing the powerful combination of PE and Cyanine5 fluorophores, this conjugated antibody allows for robust and sensitive detection of CD3-Epsilon in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. Its high specificity and binding affinity make it an excellent choice for profiling T-cell populations, monitoring T-cell activation, and dissecting immune responses in mouse models.
With the ability to accurately identify and quantify CD3-Epsilon-expressing cells, researchers can gain deeper insights into the dynamics of T-cell function in various physiological and pathological conditions. From investigating immune responses to infectious agents to studying autoimmune diseases and cancer immunology, this antibody is a valuable tool for unraveling the complexities of the immune system in preclinical research.Trust in the Mouse CD3-Epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated) 145-2C11 (AGEL1325) from Assay Genie to enhance your studies and drive discoveries in immunology, cancer research, and beyond.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD3ε is a 20 kD transmembrane protein, also known as CD3 or T3. It is a member of the Ig superfamily and primarily expressed on T cells, NK-T cells, and at different levels on thymocytes during T cell differentiation. CD3ε forms a TCR complex by associating with the CD3δ, γ and ζ chains, as well as the TCR α/β or γ/δ chains. CD3 plays a critical role in TCR signal transduction, T cell activation, and antigen recognition by binding the peptide/MHC antigen complex.
