The Mouse CD1d Monoclonal Antibody (AF647 Conjugated, 19G11, AGEL0824) is a vital tool for researchers studying immune responses in mice. This antibody specifically targets CD1d, a cell surface glycoprotein that presents lipid antigens to natural killer T cells. The monoclonal antibody, conjugated with AF647 for fluorescence detection, is highly specific and sensitive for detecting CD1d in various mouse tissues and cell lines.CD1d is a critical player in the immune system, responsible for activating or inhibiting immune responses by presenting lipid antigens to specialized T cells. By using the Mouse CD1d Monoclonal Antibody, researchers can investigate the role of CD1d in immune modulation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer immunotherapy.
This antibody is ideal for applications such as flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry, enabling detailed analysis of CD1d expression and function in mouse models.By understanding the function and regulation of CD1d, researchers can gain insights into immune responses, T cell activation, and potential therapeutic targets for immune-related diseases. The Mouse CD1d Monoclonal Antibody (AF647 Conjugated, 19G11, AGEL0824) provides a valuable tool for advancing research in immunology, cancer biology, and autoimmune disorders in mouse models.

Background:
CD1d is a type I transmembrane protein and member of the MHC family, with a molecular weight ranging from 43-49 kD, depending on the glycosylation degree. CD1d is expressed by antigen presenting cells such as dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages and B cells; also expressed by thymocytes and intestinal epithelial cells. CD1d present glycolipids to iNKT cells that recognize them by their Vα14i TCR.
