The Human Keratin 6A (KRT6A) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the measurement of KRT6A levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for various research applications.Keratin 6A is a key protein involved in maintaining the structural integrity of epithelial cells, particularly in skin and hair follicles. Abnormalities in KRT6A expression have been linked to skin disorders such as psoriasis and various types of cancers.
As such, the Human KRT6A ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human KRT6A ELISA Kit is a valuable asset for researchers looking to investigate the role of KRT6A in various physiological and pathological processes, providing crucial insights into potential diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
