The Human IL-15 ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of Interleukin-15 (IL-15) levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results, making it an indispensable tool for a variety of research applications.IL-15 is a key cytokine that plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the development and function of natural killer (NK) cells and CD8+ T cells. Dysregulation of IL-15 has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With its user-friendly protocol and high-performance capabilities, the Human IL-15 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a reliable and accurate solution for studying the role of IL-15 in health and disease. Unlock new insights and advance your research with this innovative ELISA kit.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IL-15. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human IL-15 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human IL-15, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human IL-15. You can calculate the concentration of Human IL-15 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
