The Human HYOU1 (Hypoxia Up-regulated 1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of HYOU1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of research applications.HYOU1 is a key protein that is up-regulated in response to hypoxia, playing a crucial role in cell survival and adaptation to low oxygen conditions.
Increased levels of HYOU1 have been associated with various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for studying these diseases and exploring potential treatment options.Overall, the Human HYOU1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the role of HYOU1 in disease pathology and for developing targeted therapies aimed at modulating its expression levels.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
