Human GDNF (Glial Cell Line Derived Neurotrophic Factor) CLIA Kit
The Human GDNF (Glial Cell Line-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) CLIA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of GDNF levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research purposes.GDNF is a critical neurotrophic factor that supports the survival and function of neurons in the central and peripheral nervous systems. Abnormalities in GDNF levels have been associated with various neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
As such, GDNF serves as a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human GDNF CLIA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers investigating the role of GDNF in neurological health and disease. Get your kit today and unlock new insights into the complex mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disorders.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human GDNF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human GDNF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human GDNF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human GDNF. You can calculate the concentration of Human GDNF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
