The Human Gastric Intrinsic Factor (GIF) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of gastric intrinsic factor levels in human samples including serum and plasma. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Gastric intrinsic factor is a vital protein essential for the absorption of vitamin B12 in the stomach. Deficiencies in intrinsic factor can lead to serious health issues such as pernicious anemia.
By accurately measuring intrinsic factor levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into gastric health and diagnose potential deficiencies early on, allowing for timely intervention and treatment.Whether investigating the role of gastric intrinsic factor in digestive disorders or evaluating its potential as a biomarker for certain conditions, the Human Gastric Intrinsic Factor (GIF) ELISA Kit is an invaluable asset for advancing scientific knowledge and improving patient care.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
Protocol
