The Human CP (Ceruloplasmin) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of ceruloplasmin levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Ceruloplasmin is an important copper-binding protein that plays a crucial role in iron metabolism and antioxidant defense mechanisms.
Dysregulation of ceruloplasmin levels has been linked to various health conditions such as Wilson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential treatments.Overall, the Human CP (Ceruloplasmin) CLIA Kit is a reliable and efficient tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of ceruloplasmin in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CP. You can calculate the concentration of Human CP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
